A Human is an extinct medium-sized bipedal herbivorous land mammal found throughout the world during the Holocene. When their fossils were first discovered, they were found in an odd position, leading to paleontologists to believe that humans had a cricket-like or grasshopper-like body plan and locomotion, but few decades later, paleontologists discovered newer human fossils in a natural position, so paleontologists to later realized that earlier human fossils were crushed during fossilization.
