Descendants of ancient seafaring hominids of unknown origin. The ancestors of the Alvidss (Polu'ak) were long thought to be relatives of either Goblins or trolls. However, the Alvids have diverged to such an extent that it would be a stretch to call them human. Their archipelago home has rendered them extremely skilled swimmers and fishermen. They are extremely intelligent and resourceful. And often represent neighboring island people in political situations (such as the Decapods and Toa'tau).
