Arisent, the granduncle of Discord and first draconequus is the god of illogic, nonsense and confusion. He returns several times but always gets trapped by being put into a crystal ball. He has a twisted personality and same humor and voice timbre as Discord, though his voice is a little more light than Discord's, a little bittle bit.
