They are a rare drop displayed as a SWEET! reward obtained from opening Gifts from the Jerry's Workshop event from presents, with about a 1% chance from White Gifts, Green Gifts or 12% from Red Gifts. Like Flower Minions, Snow Minions do not have a collection and, thus, cannot be crafted.
